Please follow the guidelines below for returns and shipping details
You should expect your package within 4-8 business days, from date of ship.
We also offer a LOCAL PICK UP option for those in and around Dewitt,Michigan area. There is no fee for this option.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. We work on getting all orders out as quick as we can however, online orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10-5PM.
Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be slight delays. We will notify you if your order will take longer than our normal turnaround times.
** Please note that due to high volumes of orders, some products may be oversold. Refunds will be issued for oversold items. We apologize for any inconveniences, we will do our best to fulfill all orders. **
OUR POLICY - ONLINE ORDERS
Exchange & Store Credit
We hope you love your new goodies! However, if something doesn't work out for you we would be happy to offer you a return (damaged items only) or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at customers expense.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return approved.
2. Once approved, you will receive a returns form, fill out form and and include with your return.
3. Ensure your item(s) have all original tags and packaging.
4. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it. The customer is required to cover all extra shipping fees.
5. We will issue you a store credit for the item(s) returned to us. Store credits will be sent to the email used to place the original order.
**If you are hoping to EXCHANGE a damaged item please note that in your initial email!
*Please note: If COD charges are incurred when we receive your returned item, the COD cost will be deducted from your store credit total.
OUR POLICY - IN STORE ORDERS
Exchange & Returns- Items purchased in Store may be returned for In Store Credit only.
- A Gift Return must have a Gift receipt or Order Number. Gift returns will be processed back to a Gift Card in the amount of Gift.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
The following are some items that we do not return or exchange:
- Online Returns received after 14 days of customer receiving them. In Store returns received after 30 days of order.
-Items that have been damaged, worn, and/or washed
-Head-ware, apothecary and earrings
-Free promotional gifts
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES
On occasion we run sales and gift with purchase promotions. Because our sales are temporary, and not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase, no price adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase. Our last chance items are FINAL SALE and no price adjustments can be made.
We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.

If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
